Thank you for shopping with us!  We're confident that you'll love your purchase, but we understand that things don't always work out. No need to worry, our return process is simple and return shipping is only $6.95 for orders within the contiguous US!

Please note: to be eligible for a refund, all eligible returns must be made within 30 days of your original purchase date and must be in new, unused condition with original packaging (tags attached).

International orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Orders to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR) or US territories overseas are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. 



Return Process For Eligible Items

Use our self-service return portal at https://smoko.happyreturns.com/ to initiate your return.

  1. Enter your order # and zip code associated with your order.
  2. Select the item and reason for your return. 
  3. Select your preferred refund method.
  4. A return confirmation, shipping label, and packing list will be issued and emailed to you. 
  5. Package your return items and include a copy of the packing list in the box.
  6. Your refund, minus $6.95 for the return shipping label, will be processed once the package is dropped off and scanned by the carrier.
  7. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and will not be included in your refund.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is $6.95 for orders within the contiguous US and will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Downloadable software products
  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases etc.)
  • Face masks
  • Air Filters
  • Products marked down 30% off from original price are FINAL SALE unless item arrives damaged/defective.


Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges since we cannot guarantee your item will be in stock by the time we receive and process your returned item. Instead, we suggest placing a new order for the item(s) you want and initiating a return for the items you wish to send back using the instructions above. 



Price Adjustments

Holiday sales and promo codes cannot be applied to previous orders. If an item is on sale (markdown due to permanent price reduction and not due to holiday sales or promo codes) please contact us within 14 days of the purchase date to find out if your transaction qualifies for a price adjustment.



Holiday Return Policy 

Orders placed between November 1st, 2025 and December 24th, 2025 are eligible for return for a refund back to the original payment method or store credit through January 20th, 2026.

Refunds will be issued for the amount paid on the original order.
